Pleasure Attic Returns Policy. 

If you decide to cancel your order prior to confirmation of shipping, we will cancel your order and fully refund your payment.

If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation we will deduct the cost of shipping. We will then refund you once we receive your return.

Return your item within 30 days unopened and unused and we can offer you an exchange, replacement or a credit voucher. Unless the returned items are defective, then you will have to send them back to us at your own expense.

We would then issue a refund if the items including packaging and accessories have not been significantly damaged.

Klarna Payments

If you are shopping via Klarna payments the return policy rules are the same apart from the time period you must contact us.Any unwanted items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase. No vouchers or credit notes can be offered with Klarna payment returns.

Inspection Of Goods

You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Please notify Pleasure Attic as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. If you fail to notify us within 30 days of receiving your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.

All returns will be tested and will be sent back to you if they are in working order. You will not be sent the delivery cost of you returning the item if we find a problem with your product.

We will not issue any refunds regarding toys that have been opened and used but in working order.

We describe and review our toys very well so please read any description carefully before making a purchase.

What If I Change My Mind Regarding A Purchase?

If for some reason you receive your item but decide you no longer want it and all packaging has been left unopened then we will send you a full refund.  We will minus the delivery cost from your refund. You will also be responsible for the return postage. Please make sure you also have proof of postage receipt. 

If the items are lost and you cannot prove you sent them we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
